Dark Knuckles How I Got Rid of Them For Good
Hi guys, so today I want to talk about somethingthat I think 0:10struggle with this especially if you expose your hands or skin to harshchemicals, if you're using something that has some kind of lightening agent in it thistutorial is for you. so you guys know my story, you know all my life I've had dark spots, growing up there was never a point in time were I could actually wear a skirt and mylegs were clear or my skin was just clear, so that's been the struggle of basically, that's why you see me making these tutorials, it's not because I'm so passionate aboutdark spots, it's just because it's been my experience and I've learned from it andI feel like I need to share it because growing
up I didn't have the opportunities thatI have today like being able to go to YouTube, watch a tutorial of how somebody got rid of darkspots and then implement their ideas or whatever they've recommended. To get to the point,I want to talk to you guys about how I was able to get rid of my dark knuckles and getto a point where I like hands and I'm able to get a pedicure without thinking oh it'sgoing to make my hands look this way or even like hiding my hands, and what I have foundis that one, occlusion is really important, I cannot overemphasize it.Another thing is something that maybe peels and also lightens a little bit Floris Duoor Grace Duo serum. Another one is something
that speeds up the process; the fading process, something of a product like Retin A, Tretinoin, those are the three major things you needwhen you're trying to get rid of dark spots. To get to this place has taken a long time, just testing and researching and I think I have a solution for you guys today. Alwaysocclude your hands, if you have something that has lightening agent in it, always occludeyour hands, use something that peels, maybe not too much like a TCA peel, that can bereally harsh, so my recommendation would be just use a TCA peel once, because there isa downturn when you use TCA peel, your hands wrinkle and get dark. So when you're startingout your dark knuckle treatment use your TCA
to just give yourself a clean slate, and onceyou get to that place where you think your knuckles are cleared up, because if you don'tdo anything, 3:12 do anything it goes back to its normal I guess pigmentation. So whenyou get your hands to where it's like clear enough then all you have to do is now is maintainit, what do you do to maintainé Occluding with something not harsh like 3:29 likeFloris Duo, there may be like other recommendations. Another thing with skin care is you alwayshave to keep tweaking and getting better and researching and finding what's the latestin the market, that's why I'm here, that's why I think I provide for people. So yeah, that's my idea, I always come up with new
ones and I'll come here and share with youguys whenever I do. Alright guys, that's it, this is Chinenye, take care. If you have any questions email me, I'm trying to get better with replyingemails, bear with me. Have a great day guys, take care and subscribe.
Did I Bleach My Skin Part 1
So lots of people see this picture of me andthe first thing that they assume is that I bleached my skin and that is 100% NOT true.So I wanna talk to you guys about something that is a sideeffect of my weight gain andweight loss and something that has been presented to me on both social media um, as well asthrough email and just questions about my skin and about the changes that I've seensince losing weight. So when I first started experiencing the sideeffects of what I nowknow is Acanthosis Nigricans, I did not know what it was. I had dark, leathery patchesaround my eyes, um, on my cheek bones, on my neck, on my elbows, my knees, even my knuckles. And I had no idea what it was, the main thing
that I wanted to do was to fix the obviousdiscoloration in my skin, on my face because that was something that was directly affectingme. So I tried everything, I tried creams, I tried changing my face wash, I tried facialscrubs, um I tried dark spot removers, I tried EVERYTHING! So I finally went to see a dermatologistand when I did, um, they told me or she told me that she thought that it was AcanthosisNigricans and she suggested that I go to an.go and see my normal or my primary carephysician, um, to be tested for other, you know, other diseases. Um, and so once I gotto my I actually found out that I was in fact prediabetic. And that the AcanthosisNigricans was a direct um, symptom of that.
And so I do encourage anybody who is experiencingthose types of um, discoloration or differences in your skin.Pay attention because it couldbe a sign of something more serious. For me, um, luckily once I did start to lose the weight, the discoloration started to fade and my skin started to become normal again. Uh, I wannapoint out that before I gained weight, I wasn't this color. So it was an obvious effect ofthe weight gain. It was not something where I bleached my skin or anything like that tochange my color. I started off this color, I turned that color and now I'm back to mynormal color. So I hope that this clears up all of the uh comments and things that I'vebeen getting on Instagram. And I strongly,
strongly suggest that if you are experiencingany type of skin issues you should go and see your because you never know whatyour body is trying to tell you. Luckily, I never did get to the fullblown stage ofdiabetes. I was able to prevent it with the weight loss so again, if you're having anyof those types of, you know, reactions in your skin or you're seeing changes don'tignore it! Your body is probably trying to tell you something. So thank you guys so muchfor watching and I will see you next week. Byyyeee! You know usually I'm not like a bigChristmas person, but this year I've got my tree up and I've been doing my Christmas shoppingso that's right ya'll, I'm not a Grinch no
more, I've been DELIVERT!.
